Our Villa is known by the terraces which decorate its building, and from them, you can enjoy a view of the downtown and surrounding neighborhoods. The whole area is calm and quiet, and the air is clean. The Street where the villa is located is without much traffic and gently slides to the town center.

All important locations in the town (pedestrian zone, bus and train stations, supermarkets, cultural facilities, etc..) can be reached easily and quickly from Villa Zlatno Brdo, regardless of whether you go by car or on foot.

The sightseeing tour of the city should certainly include visit to the fortress and Karađorđe's mulberry tree, which is a real botanical rarity because it is over 300 years old and has its own historical importance for Smederevo. On the tourist map of Smederevo one object particularly stands out- Villa Zlatni breg, the summerhouse of the Obrenovic dynasty, which is located 4 km from the city of Smederevo. There is something that could be called a national park , and that is Šalinac grove, the forest that spreads on an area of 19 hectares,where trees represent real natural landmarks because of their distinctive size, age and appearance.

The average size of Villa's accommodation facilities is 47m2. Each apartment has one or two bedrooms, a living room with sofa,a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace. The apartments are furnished, air-conditioned and equipped with TV, small and textile inventory.

Drinking water is further purified from physical, chemical and microbiological pollution. The building is equipped by 24 hours video surveillance. Free wireless internet is available.
